Watch membership
By becoming Watch members, children can learn about wildlife through discovery whilst having fun and making new friends. Watch members can also become nature detectives, taking part in local projects and helping to make a future for wildlife.
Up to four children at one address can join as Watch members for a subscription of £15 per year, and receive:
- a membership card and badge
- Ready for action – a pocket-sized guide to being a Wildlife Watcher
- Watchword – a colour magazine, three times a year, packed with activities, pictures, facts and news
- Wildlife Extra – a colour poster, three times a year, with seasonal wildlife facts and activities
- the local newsletter with local issues and events
- Gold Award Scheme – lots of exciting ideas for environmental action and badges to collect
- the chance to get involved with a local Watch group.
