Wildlife Trust Corporate Member on BBC Countryfile!

12 August 2010

This Sunday’s Countryfile (BBC1 6.30pm) features Vine House Farm Bird Foods.

See behind-the-scenes of life at the farm as Nicholas and Lucy Watts welcome Countryfile presenter Adam Henson and the rest of the BBC film crew.

Vine House Farm, who are long term supporters of The Wildlife Trust, prides itself on promoting farming that encourages wildlife and the wide range of habitats it needs. They grow seed specifically for bird food and the processing and packing is carried out at the farm in Spalding, Lincs.

Countryfile presenter Adam Henson, who has his own very successful rare breeds farm in the Cotswolds, said of his visit: "We have had a very enjoyable day, learning about the farm and bird food business, Nicholas' knowledge and passion for wildlife is inspirational."

Don't forget to tune into BBC 1 on Sunday at 6.30pm to see Adam and the Vine House Farm team in action!
